Initial public offering of 319,330,921 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each ("equity shares") of Physicswallah Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 109^
per equity share including a securities premium of Rs. 108^ per equity share (the "offer price") aggregating to Rs. 3480.00 crores (the "offer").
