Initial public issue of 17,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Kody Technolab Limited ("KTL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 160/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 150/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 27.52 crores ("The Issue"), of which 86,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 160/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 150/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.38 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 16,33,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each including a share premium of Rs. 150/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 26.14 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.99% and 25.63%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10/- and the issue price is Rs. 160/- the issue price is 16.00 times of the face value.
