| The Board of Josts Engineering Company on 23 December 2023 has approved the allotment of 2,25,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each at a price of Rs 506.50 per share aggregating to Rs 11.39 crore for cash on preferential basis by way of private placement. The Board also approved the allotment of 1,00,000 fully convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 506.50 per warrant on private placement.
Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 48,89,365 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each. |
