| Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 1,306 equity shares under RSU under ESOP on 20 March 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall increase from Rs 1,44,04,49,535 (i.e. 28,80,89,907 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each) to Rs 1,44,04,56,065 (i.e. 28,80,91,213 equity shares of face value Rs 5/- each).
