| BLS International Services announced that its subsidiary, BLS E-Services (BLSE) has received the final observations letter from the SEBI and the in-principal listing approvals from the Stock Exchange. Further, the Company in consultation with its Book Running Lead Manager would initiate the subsequent steps for the propose IPO of BLSE in accordance with applicable act, regulation, rules, guidelines, policies, etc amended from time to time.
BLSE has filed draft red hearing prospects on 04 August 2023 for intial public offer of up to 2,41,30,000 fresh equity shares. |
