| Housing Development Finance Corporation has allotted 24,800 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Corporation pursuant to exercise of warrants by warrant holders of the Corporation, in terms of the placement document dated 10 August 2020.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs. 368,93,33,292 consisting of 184,46,66,646 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. |
