| Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has subscribed to following securities by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Aditya Birla Digital Fashion Ventures (ABDFVL), subsidiary of the company:
(a) 9,95,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each of which Rs. 5/- has been paid up aggregating to Rs. 49.75 crore.
(b) 25,00,00,000 7% optionally convertible redeemable preference shares (OCRPS) of Rs. 10/- each of which Rs. 1/- has been paid up aggregating to Rs. 25 crore. The Company has already invested Rs. 400.50 crore in the equity shares of ABDFVL.
Earlier, the Board of the company approved limits of investment up to Rs. 500 crore in equity shares and up to Rs. 250 crore in debt / preference shares aggregating up to Rs. 750 crore in ABDFVL. |
