Consequent to the above allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 90,20,03,876/- consisting of 45,10,01,938 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 90,24,06,928/- consisting of 45,12,03,464 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each. |
