Appointment of Durga Prasad Kode (DIN: 07946821) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director.
Resignation of Dr. Krishnanand Lanka (DIN: 07576368) as a Non -Executive Director and his appointment as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director.
