| RBL Bank has allotted 10,21,046 equity shares under ESOP on 01 January 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,26,22,262 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 6,02,62,22,620 to 60,36,43,308 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 603,64,33,080.
