| XPRO India has allotted 16,40,000 equity shares to Malabar India Fund (Malabar) on conversion of warrants on 09 July 2023. Further, the board also allotted 8,20,000 as bonus shares on the aforementioned shares in ratio of 1:2 to Malabar.
Consequently, the issued and paid up capital of the company stands increased to Rs 20,67,22,440 consisting of 2,06,72,244 equity shares of Rs 10 each. |
