| Phoenix Mills has allotted 16,842 equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOP on 13 September 2023. Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 35,72,70,422 consisting of 17,86,35,211 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs 35,73,04,106 consisting of 17,86,52,053 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
