Post allotment of shares, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased from the existing Rs. 39,61,62,910/- divided into 3,96,16,291 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 43,21,62,910/- divided into 4,32,16,291 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
